So i have a windows laptop and I have a powerpoint that i was assigned for school. My school has Mac computers, and they block youtube. I hear that you cant put a quicktime video into a microsoft powerpoint.

I’ll admit I know very little about computers, but I want to record something and post it.
What software should I use, and how best to post to youTube?

I have sony vegas 9 pro, and rendering a video in HD takes so long on my computer, but really like having my youtube videos in widescreen. Is there a way to do this with out having it as HD?
