How Do I Get Youtube Videos Into A Powerpoint Presentation?

I need to get a video into a powerpoint for a school project. Embedding the video isn’t an option either, as the school internet blocks youtube. Any suggestions?

Try using this site to save the YouTube videos to your computer…http://www.savetube.com/
    Hope that helps!

I guess you have to download the video you want to present, and save it as a video file. Then insert the video file in your slide as an object.

Use a popular Screen capture program like SnagIt, (windows) IshowU (mac), or something similar. They are free to try for 30 days. Just record the vid, and then put it in your powerpoint.

  • Davis F:

download the video using keepvid (from keepvid.com) then insert it powerpoint. If your powerpoint cannot read mpeg4 try using zamzar (zamzar.com – it can download and convert files into avi)
