First: You cannot upload audio files… only video files, and bear in mind that most music is copyrighted and subject to copyright claims if uploaded without permission from the copyright holder (usually the record label for the song). There is music out there that is not restricted, however, under Creative Commons licensing or Royalty-free. You can also add music AFTER uploading a video by using audio-swap.
Just use a video editor and place a picture or clip-art as the clip (set the timing) and then add the audio to it.
If you’re using Windows Movie Maker then you click the import media button and put your song in, and then do the same to put your picture in. Right click the picture and the audio and click “Add to time line”. Drag your picture so that it’s the same length as your audio line is so the picture doesn’t disappear a few seconds into the song.
Once you’re done go file/publish movie and follow what it says. When it’s done publishing you’re ready to upload to youtube.
Use Windows Movie Maker and then upload the file.
just drag make video using windows movie maker. no need to include a picture if you don’t want to… then save and upload
