How Do I Upload A Video To Youtube That Is Longer Than 10 Minutes?
I checked the YouTube help section, and saw the expected “Videos can be 10 minutes long…” information. However, there are a lot of videos that exceed the 10 minute time limit by quite a bit. How does one go about obtaining the ability to do this?

To upload a video to YouTube that is longer than 10 minutes, you must be a partner. To be a partner, you have to be 13 or older & the videos you make must be your own content.

They used to have it that only Directors (vs comedians/ gurus/ musicians ext) could do 10+ but they realized that wasn’t fair so now it’s just partners that can upload them.
But really, no one will watch a 10+ video anyway.
Sorry to say but I am not sure. Type in youtube.. Nintendo Dsi, and clikc on thevideos with a Blue nintendo dsi. The owner of these videos is someone called “itsme…” i cant quite remember. His videos are allmost 30 minutes long. Ask him, as he should give you a decent answer.
Dude, just upload them. The whole “10 minutes long” thing is just an empty threat to encourage people to make short videos. I’ve uploaded videos longer than 10 minutes normally and had no problems.
most of the longer than 10 minute videos dont take up much MPG/second, so if its just a video of you talking for longer than 10 minutes, pictures, nothing flashy, youll be fine
