Author: Well viacom blocked a portion of an episode i uploaded on youtube. How would i change it, or what would i do to upload it again and keep it on?

you cant because they would block it the second you trid to upload it again and you will get an account warning, if you get three warnigns then your account is shut down. I would upload that part to srupid videos.com then post the video link in the video and the video decription on youtube
You need to edit the video using some software like Camtasia or Windows Movie Maker. Open the video in that software and make it 1 or 2 seconds longer or shorter Resave it in flash format as an FLV and you can reupload it to YouTube. Hope this helps.
