1Try Total Video Convert from http://www.effectmatrix.com . First, setup the sofeware. Second, press the new task then the import files. In the open table, you can choose the avi form which is accepted by the windows media player. A few minutes later, the video has been converted successfully.
2 If you want to show it in PPT, you can choose the inserting button then the video and sound button. The video will be added to the PPT.
