How Can I Recover A Youtube Account After Deleting The Google Account That It Was Linked To?

Author: I open a Google account. Using that account, I created a YouTube acount. I deleted the Google account, but the YouTube account remains open. I am unable to login, and Google/YouTube will not give me any answers as to how I validate myself or go about recovering or closing the account.
