How Can I Upload My Videos To Youtube Without Killing The Quality?

I like to make videos for youtube and it’s all good quality before I upload them. But as soon as I do they quality goes down big time and it’s all blurry. It doesn’t give me any high quality buttons either.
I use Windows Movie maker to make them, and the video’s range from 3-9 minutes.
