Social Media has taken over the world no matter where you go online now you are faced with using social media in one way or another whether it be Facebook, Twitter or blogging about your interests. Its a powerfull medium to say the least and gets the message across in many different ways, we for example use Social Media for informing our members from any of our websites about updates and changes, status updates, any relevant news they maybe required to know.

Social Blogging is also a superb and highly recommended way of reaching out to people and with so many Social Blogging platforms, web 2.0 sites and blogging directories now online its extremely easy to store your journals, information and any other news you ned to share.

People should not just associate sites like Facebook and YouTube as been the primary areas to look at when trying to convey a message, although they might well be the two most powerfull with Twitter sitting along side them,. they are not the only places you should be writting and showing your information, tutorials, how to’s or news. Take this site for example where we have posted this blog entry, its a superb platform and popular website with a huge member database, this allows you to reach many more readers that if you were to purchase a domain and simply add a wordpress platform to it. Why go through all of that when these great blog submission sites allow you to be creative without having to upload and install any scripts.

Social Media does not always mean sites like Facebook, it can mean video sites or video scripts, many of us are using scripts found online either free or purchased to create social media websites focussing around the display of video and media content, for example we use many different options in social media one of which is called NicheVideoScript and another is a WordPress video plugin called SmartVideoPlus which allows you to change a default blog into a full video CMS platform.

We also heavily use another application online for all our Social Media needs and that is called VideoSwiper, this is a video application that allows video webmasters to connect their Social Media websiotes to the application and then send across videos on autopilot.

I want to discuss a little more the concept of VideoSwiper only because its a complex but extremely powerfull online application and its missed by many video webmasters who don’t really know whats is purpose it and how it should be used. So We have now discussed using Social Media and video scripts with VideoSwiper to create and build huge video content sites like YouTube with ease using a very unique and powerfull application. Facebook also allows for much more video content these days extending its already vast flexability with more options in becomming an all rounder, although we know that Twitter als has its own video uploading area to be able to display videos buts its not as popular as yet.

Blog platforms like the one here at this site also alloows for video options like embedding, you can simply do this by editing your content when adding your blog, like we have done here using images it is just as easy to do by adding video content also.

My final though on Social Media and blogging and all the other mediums of adding content to the Internet is this, always try to find easy and simple options and solutions to getting your messages across, just like we do with thousands of other bloggers who use sites like this, even these types of Wiki sites are also a great way to give website vistitors information, that’s what the Internet is for, to provide information and there is still a good 99% un discovered area online just waiting to be tapped into as this surely cannot be all of it. Social Media is about people, groups, one person conveying a message to another, groupd creating fan bases for anything from music to charities as the many uses these sites bring is endless and they can only make the world better for us but at the same time making their pockets and wallets swell as more people use their services.
