I have just started using utube and all my vids look great on my pc till i upload them on youtube and they look like crap. I know some vids have an option to view the high quality one, how do i make that an option whe i upload?

I’m planning to buy the wii internet channel, but wondering if I can watch youtube videos on TV with the same quality I watch on my pc? I’m asking this, because I’ve heard that youtube does not work well on Wii, and you get frame cuts. Is that true?
