I recently bought an Ez Grabber off Amazon and I plugged it into the back of my Tv and installed the software onto my laptop but when i try to record its just a black screen with some coloured lines, so I went on youtube and it said you need a Vhs. any help?? thanks

The Ez grabber is for converting VHS tapes to files on your pc/Lap top

It may have another function?

Are you trying to record your TV?
If you are, make sure the plugs are in the TV’s Output sockets and not the Input – that could explain the blank screen
