it’s really annoying. They especially are sensitive to tv shows. If someone tries to upload an episode, they delete the account or worse the rickroll you are make the video all weird. I hate it.
YouTube isn’t very sensitive about copyrights, their lawyers are!!!! The problem isn’t YouTube is the record companies who threaten to sue YouTube for allowing people to upload videos using their music.
The stupid thing is that every video is free advertising for the artist. If I can get people to do my advertising for me and free I’ll be jumping up and down all the way to the bank with all the money I been saving from making my own videos and running a promo with different videos that cost me a few millions.
its soo crazy. I will clearly write the song is not mine and say the title and singer and sometimes even put the link to the real video for the song. Then they still take it off. I made a video for my friend cuz it was her birthday and it had music so they took it off ! we were in Florida and I didn’t have my real computer so it was rly hard trying to let her see it.
it really makes me mad because whenever i want to watch a video, and they take the sound off because its copyrighted is stupid BUT i think it’s the right thing for them to do since illegally using audio or something and claiming it as your own video is against the law

I think Youtube is most sensitive on the WMG and Viacom copyrights. Everything else Youtube pretty much doesn’t care.

if they do, they don’t really put that rule into affect. At least not with me.
I don’t like it one bit! We can’t even put music in our videos -____-
That’s why I deleted my youtube account.
