Why Does My Featured Video On Youtube Start Automatically?

Author: I was wondering why my featured video on youtube starts automatically?
I have read on other questions that its because you are a youtube partner, but i am not sure if i am one. Can anyone tell me why?

THERE ARE, ACTUALLY, 3 PLAUSIBLE REASONS WHY
YOUR “FEATURED VIDEO” IS AUTOPLAYING ON YOUR
CHANNEL (AND YOU’RE NOT A “PARTNER”):
1 — you included a song from YouTube’s list in “AudioSwap”.
2 — you used a song that (believe it or not) actually has the
blessing of the music company, and to which YouTube has
affixed the iTunes “click-to-buy” link. It’s quite possible that
you used a song by an artist with EMI — as highlighted in a
previous YouTube blog:http://www.youtube.com/blog?entry=-y_3Ib…
3 — your “Featured Video” is taken from the official channel
of either a popular music artist or partner. Although you are
rebroadcasting that video, that is ”NOT” a case of copyright
infringement — because your “Featured Video” is really just
a giant version of your # 1 “Favorite” video.

That’s not a big problem, some times youtube videos starts automatically.
Well, theres no way your a partner if you don’t know.
So it’s probably just a glitch.
